Personal checks from local banks within 20 miles of the location , Cash payments and cards accepted. All Events will need to add tax to the rental fee. A professional coordinator is required for all weddings.
In order to reserve your date, we will need a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of 50% of the rental price. Final payment and the deposit are due 60 days prior to your rental date at our final meet up.

(Mon-Thurs) MAX of 3 meetings total -Set up and take down plus clean up of all items belonging to the venue will be provided by the venue staff, all other items are the responsibility of the client -Staff will take care of trash cans, restocking items, refilling, and interacting with the guests -Staff can help to cut cake and serve it to guests -Staff will package and box up all food items and containers for the clients, so its ready to go at check out time. -Staff will enforce all of the venue rules and regulations, they may at any time ask someone to leave.
Our team will take care of the set up, take down, and clean up so you don't have to.. We can also assist your guests in the parking lot.
